The standout feature is its 3285 movement—identical to the 126710’s caliber, but scaled up for the larger 226570 case.
The calendar position also differs from the 126710.

Consequently, most 226570 models on the market feature incorrect calendar placements. Since the Explorer II is relatively niche, movement manufacturers were reluctant to develop this specific size independently.

It took Clean over a year to persuade the Dandong movement factory to undertake this custom development.
